OUR STORY
Originally founded as a Student Rental Housing Company in 2021, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed Income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants defaulting on rent and no ability to evict.

TRUST AND SAFETY
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entrance of each unit and monitored 24 hours a day.
Noise detectors installed in each unit alert our local onsite support staff when noise exceeds a certain dB level.
A smart lock will be installed at each entrance door, generating a new code for each guest and erasing the code upon checkout.
IN-HOUSE CLEANING STAFF
All cleaning staff are hired directly and we do not outsource cleaning to other companies. This allows us to optimally manage our cleaning standards and maintain professional cleanliness during each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on the most miniscule of details because we understand how important cleanliness is for 5 Star Reviews.
